- I'm a married mother of two girls who is a bit of a dirty hippie, but that's OK. I'm a medical transcriptionist who works from home, so I have the joy of taking care of young children while still trying to maintain a full workweek. I'm a crafty person, but not in the devious sense. This often leads people to think I'm "domestic" but I would hardly consider myself that. Since 2003 I have had a condition called spasmodic dysphonia. It's been a difficult journey, but I'm managing well now. You just won't see me giving any speeches anytime soon.

Arwyn - you ROCK major time! I give you a lot of credit for the video - it isn't easy to talk in public - or for the public - with SD and you did it on video! I am impressed!
